Nanotechnology is making things so small that they are invisible to the human eye even with a microscope. Now, the rumor inside the D.C. Beltway is that 535 random mentally challenged citizens have secretly been implanted with what is called the Zom-B nano-intelligence booster believed to be able to double reasoning capacity in just 4 years of treatment. Hopes are running high that these unfortunate individuals will see improvement soon.
